Shipping Methods

Presently, micup studio ONLY ships within the continental USA to residential or commercial places of business {AK, HI are considered separate zones from the continental U.S. and will incur additional shipping costs}. micup studio does NOT ship to P.O. boxes. For APO/FPO, International, Canada interest, please email us directly at: micupstudio@gmail.com to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

Please expect up to 14 business days after payment before we can ship your item(s). Thank you for your patience while we create your pieces, one at a time.

If you are in a hurry, please email us prior to placing your order at micupstudio@gmail.com to ask us if we are able to accommodate any rush requests. Any requests made to "rush" the order, after it has been placed, cannot be guaranteed due to shipping carriers policies {please be aware that 'rush requests' will incur additional shipping costs}.

Shipping carriers used by micup studio vary as to the most safe and expedient method with which to ship your items.

We appreciate your patience, and will work as fast as we can to get your order shipped.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

micup studio is a micro-shop and unable to accept Returns / Exchanges or provide Refunds at this time.

Please contact us immediately at micupstudio@gmail.com {within 3 days after receipt} if you have problem with the item purchased, so that we may come to a satisfactory resolution.

We do not accept returns, exchanges nor refunds if you simply don't like the pieces or there is not a quality mistake on our side. Please send us clear photos of your issue to help us locate the problem, or we cannot offer a viable solution.

Since a custom made piece is not able to resell, please be sure that you do want to buy it.
